Arjaan residence is one of the three towers designed over a common podium in the ADNEC development for different clients. These towers are distinct from each other yet harmonious in terms of visual compatibility. They are essentially modern glass and metal clad towers with touches of Islamic sensibilities in the form of patterned metal meshes and screens. Arjaan residence, which will be managed by Rotana, is designed as serviced apartments. Parking is provided in the 4 basement floors.
