Description

This project is one the most highly recognized landmarks in Abu Dhabi. The structure consists of four towers on a 5 level podium with a sky bridge connecting the two central towers. The components include a Hotel tower with 176 rooms and 2 Royal Suites, a serviced apartment tower with 145 apartments, 2 Office towers of 14 floors each, an extension to the shopping mall in the podium level, a residential tower with 54 luxurious apartments. Refurbishment of the existing Beach Rotana hotel was also undertaken. A design build contract with ACC, concept design by HOK and project management by Cansult.
