Al Qudra

The Al Qudra development at Danet Abu Dhabi consists for two elegant towers on a podium. One tower comprises of residential apartments while the other is offices. The residential tower has approximately 85 apartments while the office tower has approximately 14.000 sqm of leasable area. The massing of the structure is  simple yet interesting with the plain glass facade of the front and rear while having a organic metal mesh pattern on either ends. The towers are divided into three blocks that step out thereby cost effectively breaking solid glass box type massing.
